3. Operational Timelines & Deadlines
To guarantee the timely delivery of financial statements and the compliant filing of federal and state tax returns, clients must submit all requested documentation to our secure portal by our specified internal deadlines (typically no later than 30 days prior to a government tax filing date). S.M. Bush Accounting & Tax is not responsible for missed deadlines or late-filing fees resulting from a client’s failure to submit documents on time.
 
4. Fees, Billing, and Stop-Work Terms
Services are performed in accordance with our standard internal rate sheets or your individually signed professional Engagement Letter. Invoices are issued electronically and are due upon receipt. S.M. Bush Accounting & Tax reserves the absolute right to pause all ongoing bookkeeping tasks, suspend account work, or withhold final electronic tax return transmissions to the IRS if an account balance remains past due.
 
5. Portal Security & Prohibited Uses
When accessing our secure Drake Portals platform via links on this site, you are responsible for maintaining the absolute confidentiality of your private user password and login credentials. You agree not to share your account access with unauthorized third parties. Any security compromises resulting from client-side credential negligence fall completely outside the liability of our firm.
